River Center at Grant Park Family Tour with Education Activities

Join us for this fun family-friendly event at The River Center at Grant Park! Parents can enjoy a tour of the site of the exciting new River Center at Grant Park under construction and learn about this incredible project! The San Diego River Park Foundation’s talented Education Team will be there to provide engaging and interactive activities for kids that teach about the amazing plants and animals that live along the San Diego River and make this riparian habitat special.

Once the River Center at Grant Park is completed, it will act as a new home for the San Diego River in the heart of Mission Valley. With nature as a classroom , it will provide free hands-on STEM learning experiences to thousands of kids with the goal of inspiring pursuit of STEM education and careers and a love for the river.
