Ocean Beach Cleanup – River Days with Surfrider & Coastkeeper

Surfrider San Diego and San Diego Coastkeeper invite you to a cleanup at OB Dog Beach and Estuary to support San Diego River Park Foundation’s River Days! Our local spaces are protected by volunteers, just like you! We welcome you to a fun day in the sand with family, friends, and new acquaintances while removing trash and raising awareness about plastic pollution.
Purpose
Take action to protect the environment by removing trash from our coastline. In addition to cleaning the beach, Surfrider can use the data you collect to influence laws that reduce pollution at the source!
Additional Notes:
– Please bring sun protection, there is not much shade in this area.
– Dress appropriately for the section of the watershed you would like to be a part of cleaning
– Disposal Services provided by the City of San Diego Park Rangers
