Navajo Canyon Habitat Restoration

Join the City of San Diego Park Rangers in restoring the native habitat at Navajo Canyon! You can be a part of improving the health of the San Diego River Watershed by removing weeds and watering native species.

Additional Notes:

This event is open to all ages. Volunteers 15 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event. Participation agreements must be signed by the legal guardian of all youth participants.

Volunteers are required to bring at least 32 oz. of drinking water and wear sturdy, close-toed shoes. Sun protection (hat, long sleeves, sunscreen, etc.) is strongly encouraged. Light rain will not cancel this event. There are no restrooms onsite.

All tools will be provided. Please bring your own work gloves if you have them!
