View collections that represent thousands of years of history—some objects dating as far back as 10\,000 years—and appreciate the artistry and skill of the hemisphere’s first inhabitants. \nThe center is San Diego County’s first museum on an Indian reservation dedicated to the perpetuation and presentation of the local Kumeyaay-Diegueño Native culture. Take this opportunity to learn and appreciate that Indigenous people in San Diego have lived on lands associated with the San Diego River since time immemorial. \nMuseum Hours:\nMay 9th 10am-4pm.\nMay 10th-12th closed.\nMay 13th-15th: 12pm-5pm.\nMay 16th: 10am-4pm\nMay 17th closed. \nNo RSVP required\, but we would still like to know if you plan to attend:
