Every other Sunday our San Diego River Mouth Docents set up spotting scopes and an informational booth at the San Diego River Mouth, next to OB Dog Beach. Come and find out why this location is one of San Diego’s Top 5 Best Birding Hotspots!

We now offer an additional guided walk every first and third Sunday from 2 to 3 PM. Our passionate docents will share their knowledge about native and endangered species and the vibrant coastal ecosystem they depend on. Meet at the docent table in the middle of the trail system.
